Babyverse Return & Exchange Policy

At Babyverse, we want every parent to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused & unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

  • This aligns with common practices followed by leading babywear brands in India.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The size doesn’t fit

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear

  • Socks & mittens

  • Accessories

  • Personal care products

  • Products purchased during clearance/sale

Important Conditions

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Babyverse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality check standards.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Product photos

  3. Unboxing video (highly recommended)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
