At Babyverse, we strive to deliver your little one’s essentials safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines across India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is applicable on orders above 1 article of purchase.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹ 200/- applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email containing your Tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your order anytime through the tracking link provided.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package to our warehouse. To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure to provide:

  • Correct shipping address

  • Active contact number

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disruptions, or regional restrictions may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse the delivery if possible.

  • Contact us immediately with photos or videos of the package.

Incorrect Address

Babyverse is not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided during checkout.

Currently, Babyverse ships only within India. (This section can be updated later if international delivery is launched.)
